Experience the classroom from the comfort and convenience of your own space with this live, instructor-led online course taught by Jasmine Coulter. This course satisfies the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission pre-licensing education requirement and must be successfully completed prior to sitting for the Oklahoma State Real Estate Licensing Exam.

Course Dates & Schedule

• Start Date: Tuesday, February 17, 2026

• End Date: Sunday, April 19, 2026

• Total Instruction Time: 90 hours

• Course Price: $499

Weekly Class Schedule

• Tuesdays: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (3.5 hours)

• Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (3.5 hours)

• Sundays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours)

This schedule provides 10 instructional hours per week over 9 weeks, meeting the 90-hour OREC requirement.

Attendance & Participation Requirements

• 100% attendance is mandatory to receive course credit.

• A live camera is required at all times, with the student visible on screen.

• All sessions are recorded and reviewed to verify attendance and participation.

• Certificates of completion will only be issued after full compliance with attendance and participation requirements is confirmed.
